Leonie Konopka
The various forms of fibrinogen involved in blood clotting
Leonie is from Germany, where she obtained a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biochemistry from the 玉美人传媒 of Tubingen. She pursued her interest for proteins by joining the research group of Prof. Marguerite Neerman-Arbez at the 玉美人传媒, where she investigates the function of an alternative form of fibrinogen in blood clotting using zebrafish as a model organism.
In her free time Leonie likes to go hiking and to loose herself in a good book.
