Monika Mrázová receives the Katerina SmÃdková Award
Professor Monika Mrázová has been awarded the KateÅ™ina Å mÃdková Award by the Czech Economic Society in recognition of her work as an economist and her publishing activities.
The award recognizes Professor Mrázová as one of the top-rated Czech economists abroad and for her record of publishing articles in top-tier journals such as Econometrica ²¹²Ô»åÌýThe American Economic Review. Professor Mrázová is currently a Peter B. Kenen Fellow at Princeton ÓñÃÀÈË´«Ã½, where she continues her researchon international trade, political economy, and industrial organization.
The prize is awarded in memory of Czech economist KateÅ™ina Å mÃdková and acknowledges high-quality publishing activities and provides support for the winner’s further professional progress. It is awarded to Czech and foreign female economists living in the Czech Republic.
