Prospective study: decarbonizing Paris by 2050
How could Paris become a carbon neutral city by 2050? This question is addressed in a new prospective report published by Shell and VINCI groups. Contributing to the report, our colleague,聽聽Raphael Languillon-Aussel was asked to be a guest speaker during a special workshop that has gathered a group of experts, OECD, Ville de Paris, academics, as well as public and private stakeholders on the matter.听
